SACS District Health Clinic
Employees of SACS, as well as their families, have access to a healthcare clinic conveniently located in Homestead High School’s Ninth Grade Academy building. Take care of your minor medical needs—from sore throats to blood pressure checks to blood glucose testing—in a clinic created just for you.
The completion of the health risk assessment (HRA) is required to be eligible for the wellness incentive plan.
Flu Shots - 2016
Flu shots will once again be available this year at our district's onsite health clinic Wednesday, Oct. 5 and Wednesday, October 12, 2016.
Flu shots are available for all staff, their spouses and dependents over the age of 18 years old. The vaccinations are free for members of our health plan or are $20 for non plan members. Please click the link below to review the available appointment times and learn how to to schedule your appointment.
Vaccinations are available for retirees who are currently enrolled in the health plan. Retirees should schedule their appointment through the HR department by calling 431-2052.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30 to 6 p.m. Laboratory services (blood draws and wellness screenings) will be provided every Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
